Bio

My trek through engineering began at the intersection of my three passions: tinkering with technology, serving those around me, and a constant quest for understanding. I engineer so that people can enjoy their surroundings, without thinking about the complexities of the systems that make their experience seamless. Throughout the past twelve years, I have had the pleasure to work with a multitude of clients, making a realized impact in local communities.

I am a reliable and highly motivated electrical engineer with management, software development and electrical infrastructure design experience. I thoroughly enjoy tackling design challenges to create simple, innovative solutions to complex problems through planned synthesis, analysis and implementation. I ascribe to Lean Six Sigma methodology as a basis for continual improvement.

I served on the City of San Antonio Building-Related and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory Board and am involved in the Balcones Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council and the South Texas Chapter of Association for Learning Environments. In my time away from the office I enjoy the physical challenges associated with cycling and bouldering, the strategy and tactics related to board games, as well as the combination of planning and engineering that goes into maintaining a saltwater aquarium.
