Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of purchase and we will gladly provide a refund. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
CSI Bookstore Refunds – Items purchased on www.csiresources.org
Once your return is received and inspected, CSI will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed the next business day, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card/original method of payment. You should receive a full refund within 5-7 business days or depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Please note that check refunds can take up to 30 days to be processed.
Shipping Refunds
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Certification Exam Cancellations and Deferrals
All exam Candidates MUST complete an “Exam cancellation/refund request form” and submit it to csi@csinet.org
- Cancellation requests received 8 or more days prior to your exam appointment will be refunded the amount paid less 50% of the CSI exam application fee
- Cancellation request received less than 8 days prior to your exam appointment will not receive a refund or credit
- Refund requests due to individual failure to pass the certification exams are not eligible
- Must contact Prometric to cancel scheduled exam and pay fee
Exam Deferral
To Defer to the Next Exam Window:
If you have a medical or significant personal emergency, you can consider submitting a request to defer for one cycle. IMPORTANT: You must be logged in before submitting your deferral application. Submit your application to defer by clicking here.
If you have a scheduled appointment with Prometric and if a deferral is approved by CSI, you still must cancel your appointment directly through Prometric via prometric.com/csi or 1-800-503-8991.
Deferred exams must be completed within the next testing window. If deferred exam is not taken during that timeframe, no refund is provided, and a new application and registration fee will be required.
Fees paid by an employer, sponsor or group may not be refunded to an individual at any time
MSR Event Cancellations/Refunds
In the event I am unable to attend the event, I agree to notify CSI immediately. (Please contact our Business Development contact at 303-565-4019 or bknotts@csinet.org). I understand the following cancellation policy will apply: For cancellations received before/on 120 days prior to the event, I will be refunded the registration fee less a $200 processing fee; for cancellation 90 to 119 days prior to the event, I will be refunded 50% of the registration fee; less than 90 days prior to the event, no refunds given. I understand that additional sponsorship fees paid, if any, will be forfeited.
CSI National Conference Cancellation/Refunds
A cancellation fee equal to one-half (1/2) of the total registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received by, Thursday, September 11, 2022. Cancellations must be requested electronically and sent to Registration Support at registration@csinet.org. No refunds will be granted after Monday, September 12, 2022.
