Kathy is a Certified Construction Contract Administrator, a member of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), and has 30 overall years of construction industry experience, 20 of those with DD/A. Her background includes numerous major projects. Kathy provides construction administration coordination of the contract for construction which includes AIA contracts, pay request review, change orders, cost updates, submittals, etc. She also provides provision/coordination for the Owner, Architect, Engineer and Contractor during construction and then through the closeout phase of projects. She has experience using project (green) communication software that saves time, reduces costs, and decreases paperwork.
