I am a licensed architect with over 35 years experience in various areas of work. My background is government: federal, state and local, commercial office, healthcare, education and residential development. I am currently serving on local chapter of CSI board as President. My credentials in addition to my professional license include CSI, CDT, LEED BD+C. I support National Trust for Historic Preservation, the Nature Conservancy, the National Parks and Historic Virginia. I really enjoy being out in nature, but I don't limit myself to either the built environment or preserved natural environments. I like all of it! I find the older I get, the more I enjoy to keep learning.
