Over 50 years of construction industry experience and over 35 years of experience in specification writing, procurement and contract document preparation, and construction contract administration activities.
Responsibilities include production of project manuals for a variety of architectural project types, including Civic and Cultural, Educational and Student Housing, Residential and Mixed-Use, with specific emphasis on historic restoration projects. Responsibilities include coordination with the project team including engineering disciplines, materials research and product selection, technical consultations, conducting interviews with product representatives, maintaining and updating the firms’ master specification system, quality control reviews of projects, and maintenance of the firm's technical resources.
Notable projects include: Thoman Moyer Judicial Center, Hocking Hills State Lodge, Michael B. Coleman Government Center, Columbus Metropolitan Library Main Renovation, Greater Columbus Convention Center Renovation, Franklin County Hall of Justice Renovation, Ohio Statehouse Restoration, Senate Building and Capitol Atrium Restoration, Griggs Reservoir Boathouse, Minnesota State Capitol Restoration, Lazarus Building Renovation, Ohio State University South High Rises, Old Montgomery County Courthouse Restoration, Renovation/Preservation of the Frank Lloyd Wright Westcott House, Delaware County Courthouse Renovation, OSU Dodd Parking Garage, OSU North Residential District, projects at the Kinneary U.S. Courthouse, and exterior renovation of the Rhodes State Office Tower in Columbus.
