We need members who are committed to embracing a CSI that respects the value difference brings to enrich the community of belonging we serve.
Any CSI members and non-members are welcome to apply for this opportunity to serve, even if you're serving in another volunteer role.
- The initial term of service is for one year. All positions are reviewed at the close of that year, and up to 75% of Task Force members can continue their service in the following year. No one can continue more than three years on the Task Force.
- Each Task Force member will attend a mandatory 2-hour virtual training program in January 2022 and each subsequent year as new members are appointed.
- The DEI Task Force will meet virtually once each quarter for 90 minutes and will report to the Board twice a year on progress. If additional meetings are required for any reason, Task Force members will be given at least one weeks' notice (and more, if possible).
