With over 45 years of experience as a Designer and Project Manager and Director of Specifications for a major architectural firm, I now focus on specific areas to assist architectural, construction and manufacturing firms. First I assist in developing and maintaining specification masters and Project Manuals for Architects. Specific attention is given to the Division 00 and 01 on every Project. I am responsible for the production of Project Manuals for all projects. Second, I provide QA/QC reviews for constructability, material selection and application on the various projects. Providing product research is essential to providing guidance for utilizing the correct product for each application on the projects. Third, I have developed Exterior Envelope Commissioning in support of Total Commissioning efforts.
