With over 45 years of experience as a Designer and Project Manager and Director of Specifications for a major architectural firm, I now focus on specific areas to assist architectural, construction and manufacturing firms. First I assist in developing and maintaining specification masters and Project Manuals for Architects. Specific attention is given to the Division 00 and 01 on every Project. I am responsible for the production of Project Manuals for all projects. Second, I provide QA/QC reviews for constructability, material selection and application on the various projects. Providing product research is essential to providing guidance for utilizing the correct product for each application on the projects.
