Mac Login Issues

ATTENTION: Login issues on Apple Mac devices using Safari or Brave browsers

Mac users may experience login issues on the CSI website using Safari or Brave browser.  Our engineers are looking to address this issue but until they can determine a fix, a setting within your browser must be changed to allow for login.  See steps below for the Safari and Brave browsers.

  1. Launch the Safari application on your Mac
  2. From the Safari menu, choose "Preferences"
  3. Select the Privacy tab
  4. Remove the check mark for “Web tracking: Prevent cross-site tracking”
  5. Close the Preferences window
  6. Login to the CSI website

  2. Browse to
  3. To the right of the URL address bar, click on the Lion icon
  4. Need to change where is says “Cross-site cookies blocked” to “All cookies allowed”
  5. Login to the CSI website
