Chapter Leader Roster Updates

Access to CSI tools and leader resources depends on the leadership role listed for you in CSI’s database. To keep access active, chapters and regions must submit an updated leadership roster each year.

Leadership roles are used to grant access and populate information across the following platforms and resources:

  • User Hub chapter and region member rosters
  • Chapter and Region leader online community discussion group and resource library
  • Re:Members access to funds and reporting
  • MemberPlanet chapter and region websites and event registration
  • Chapter and region leader directory displayed on the CSI chapter and region map

20262027 Leader Updates

New fiscal year rosters are due to ChapterRelations@csinet.org by Monday, June 1, 2026.

  • Extensions can be granted to June 15, upon request.
  • Rosters submitted after June 15 will be delayed until July. 

Failure to meet this deadline may result in delayed access to key chapter and region features.

Coming Soon: Leader Roster Template

For 2026–2027, we offer an Excel leader roster template to make updates easier and clearer for chapter and region leaders.

This template:

  • shows each leader role and the system access that comes with it, 

  • can be saved and reused by chapters and regions for their own records, and

  • helps CSI process updates faster, so leaders receive access sooner.

With the template, chapters and regions no longer need to submit a separate form. The completed spreadsheet is all that is required.

Moving forward, leadership updates can be sent throughout the year as changes occur. After July, please allow up to 10 business days for updates to be processed and access to be applied.
