Key features

Financial Management

  • Receive Dues (required): Dues and RAP disbursements from CSI National are automatically disbursed to your chapter’s and region’s re:Members account. No action is needed to receive them. No additional fees are incurred for receiving or transferring funds to other bank accounts.
  • Make Payments: Use built-in spend management tools to pay vendors, send invoices, and manage chapter expenses securely. Payments are automatically routed to your re:Members account.
  • Reporting: Generate financial reports for budgeting, reconciliation, and audits with just a few clicks.
  • Secure Transactions: All payments are processed with the highest security standards.

System Security and Updates

  • re:Members automates key tasks, reducing manual errors and safeguarding chapter funds from fraud.
  • Annual transitions, like changing Treasurers, are seamless—no need for physical bank visits.

Note: System maintenance updates will be communicated via email and the Chapter and Region Leader Discussion Group. Currently, all systems are operational.

Website Management (add on)

  • Launch a Website: Easily create an affordable website for your chapter or region using semi-customizable drag-and-drop templates.
  • Personalize Design: Customize your site to reflect your chapter's unique identity while following CSI's branding guidelines.
  • Integrated Design: Customize your website with memberplanet integration for efficient event management.

Memberplanet Event Management (add on)

  • Event Registration: Create and manage event pages, collect registrations, and process payments.
  • Financial Integration: All event payments collected through memberplanet are automatically routed to re:Members for easy tracking.
  • Simplified Oversight: Event finances and attendee lists are centralized for efficient management.

Cost: 6.8% of ticket prices + $0.75 per ticket.
