Billhighway aims to provide a best-practice all-in-one solution that streamlines manual processes and saves time. 

There are two parts to the solution:

• Billhighway – The Financial Management solution
• MemberPlanet – The Event Management solution

Think of MemberPlanet as the front office – it creates and takes event registration. 

Think of Billhighway as the back office. All funds received through MemberPlanet registrations go into Billhighway and are automatically managed by Billhighway’s accounting software.

Websites: Chapters and Regions can also use the Billhighway website, which integrates event management and offers CSI-branded templates and syndicated content. For $15 a month, it is an affordable and easy option for your chapter to have an online platform.  

CSI will begin disbursing chapter dues and region RAP payments through Billhighway in August. The first payment will be processed in the fourth week of the month.  

There is no additional cost to the chapter or region to receive these payments or to transfer them to a different bank account.  

Using Billhighway, CSI will improve the process of sending dues and RAP payments.  

Every documented chapter and region leader will receive login credentials to Billhighway.  

Billhighway became available for CSI Chapters and Regions on August 15, 2023.
