This coverage includes claims for “Wrongful Acts” including: An error, misstatement, omission, breach of duty; discrimination, wrongful termination or harassment in employment; legal fees incurred in response to a privacy loss; regulatory action investigation, fines to the chapter resulting from regulatory action; notification costs, credit monitoring & identity restoration services; cost to engage security expert to identify how information was accessed.

Additional coverage includes Breach of Privacy and Security and Limited Cyber Liability.

For an assessment of your current policies to explore potential gaps in your coverages, CSI recommends an insurance audit available to all CSI chapters and regions via The Haney Company. Their basic fee for an insurance review is $100. An audit is not required to procure this policy.
