Looking Ahead, Together
At our June Board meeting, we spent time discussing the future of professional learning at CSI. We believe in developing modern programs designed to reflect how people learn and grow today. Your responses to our first CSI-Connect “Question of the Month” helped guide those conversations. (Check out another topic on sustainability and add your voice.)
CSI’s Strength is Growing
CSI continues to make significant gains—financially, professionally, and across the industry. We’re building valuable relationships with manufacturers and engaging in conversations with other AECO associations. We’re proud that our standards and formats remain central to delivering successful projects. Honestly, it’s a much stronger position than where we were just a decade ago, and that’s something we can all celebrate.
What the Numbers Tell Us
Twice a year, the Board reviews key metrics to measure our impact. Here are a few highlights:
-
93% of members say they understand the roles of project team participants in delivering effective projects.
-
80% say they’re informed about product innovation and have the resources to do their jobs better.
-
5,780 CSI Learning Units completed in the past year. That’s 8% growth!
Board Updates
Please join me in welcoming two new CSI Board members:
-
Laura Derrick, CSI, Director from the North Central Region
-
Kirk Paisley, CSI, CDT®, Director from the Great Lakes Region
And a big thank you to Andrea Zawodny, CSI, CCS®, CCCA®, whose thoughtful leadership has helped strengthen CSI and its community.
I’m excited about where we’re headed and grateful for the role each of you plays in moving CSI forward. As always, thank you for being part of this community.
