Description:

As a CSI credential holder, you not only have bragging rights, but you can help influence the future of CSI exams! If you have an eye for detail and are interested in meeting other credential holders, this is your calling.   
  
See yourself as an integral part of the certification exam review process as a SME (Subject Matter Expert)!  
  
CSI is seeking Subject Matter Experts to assist with reviewing new exam forms for CCS, CCCA, and CDT during virtual meetings in February 2024. 
 

Volunteers will:   

  • Receive training.  

  • Verify exam items with a team of SMEs and psychometricians to identify overlap and cueing, validate the correct answer and content area of each item, and ensure the appropriateness of each item for the examination.  

  • Maintain confidentiality in all work, tasks, and outcomes developed with and for CSI.  

  • Earn up to 2 Learning Units per year for volunteering!  

 

 Who Should Apply:  

  • CSI credential holders who hold a current certification (CCS, CCCA, CDT).  

  • Certificants who do not intend to teach exam prep courses or author/review CSI publications for the next five years.  

 

Time Commitment:  

  • 3 hours in February 2024.   

 

Qualifications and Requirements:  

  • CSI Member who does not hold current volunteer position preferred.  

  • Must actively hold a CSI certification (CCS, CCCA, CDT).   

  • If selected for this volunteer role, you will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement and will not be eligible to instruct candidates for exam prep, nor contribute to source materials authorship, for five years following the completion of this project.
