Ms. Crews has over 30 years of experience in the areas of design, construction, and operation of physical assets for airports and airlines and is well versed in such specialty areas as strategic asset management, facilities management, Total Cost of Ownership or life cycle analysis, standards development, design and construction contracts and specifications, asset inventories, and preventive maintenance. She is a founding member of the IFMA Airport Facilities Council (and current board member), former member of the ACI Environmental/Technical Committee on Aviation Sustainability (the genesis of the EONS approach to sustainability), and has participated in the ASTM International Committees on Asset Management, the Performance of Buildings, and Sustainability. She currently serves on the Board of CSI (the Construction Specifications Institute) as Chair-Elect and will become Chair of that organization beginning 1 July 2018.
