Bio

Hello! I am a former College Lecturer for Construction Project Management, and a Professional Civil Engineer that passed the P.E. exam in Water Resources and Environmental Engineering. I have gained my professional experience as a design consultant, project manager, college lecturer, and construction resident engineer with a proven track record of accomplishments in successfully delivering organizational objectives and expectations.

During my undergraduate years, I was involved in many collegiate activities, such as working on multiple grant-sponsored engineering studies, and spearheading two successful organizations mentioned below. Through my training, I have gained project management experience in surveying, civil engineering, and urban design projects; this includes leading projects with scope development, cost-benefit analysis, schedule management, resource management, fee proposals, engineering reports, design charrettes, and workshops with clients and project stakeholders. My design experience includes: designing and drafting large commercial, residential & mixed-use development sites, designing underground utilities including storm water systems, analyzing existing hydrologic conditions & providing drainage solutions for dense neighborhoods, single/ multi-home subdivisions, and Off-road ditches.

I have also gained experience in designing and managing major thoroughfare transportation projects from start (fee proposal/ negotiation stage) to project closure; this experience is detailed in my work experience section below. My CADD experience includes: designing and drafting in MicroStation, Geopak, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D (Civil 3D - limited to grading and volume calculations).
