Access to CSI Audited Financial Statements
Thank you for inquiring about CSI's audited financial statements. Any CSI member may request this information. Annual report information is also available here.
CSI's financial statements are provided on this page and can be viewed with a Lock Lizard viewer license, which each member can request using the form below. These financial statements are confidential and licensed for viewing solely by the individual member who requests them.
To protect this confidentiality, we use Lock Lizard Digital Rights Management (DRM) Technology, which issues each requester individually licensed access via a single device license.
To access the financial statements, please follow these steps:
- Please complete the request form below.
- Within 24 hours or the next business day, you will receive an email from Safeguard with a link to download the protected viewing software, along with your license. (Please check your spam folder if it hasn't arrived.)
- Once the software is installed, activate your license using the link provided in that email.
- Download the financial statements you requested access to.
- Open them in the Lock Lizard Safeguard Viewer.
