TC Architecture searching for an Architectural Specification Writer/Project Manager.TC Architects has been providing our clients with quality services that meet their goals and expectations concerning design, budget, schedule, and the technical refinements required for each project since 1951. We are a full-service architectural/interior design firm and have projects locally, regionally and nationally.
Our extensive experience in diverse building types will allow you to use your talents while working on a variety of exciting project types, healthcare, government, commercial, veterinary, zoological, housing, educational, and recreation facilities.
Responsibilities and Duties
- will be responsible for writing technical specifications as well as managing projects.
Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to work a team environment.
- Must possess excellent communication skills, professional writing skills and the ability to multi-task between several projects and priorities at one time.
- Detail oriented in the developing of construction documents.
- Fluent in using Master Specifications, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project or similar scheduling software.
- Experienced with Autodesk software, including AutoCAD and Revit.
- LEED Accreditation is a plus.
