Description:

Are you a CDT or CCS certified professional? Looking to give back, grow your expertise, and earn learning units — all from the comfort of your home? 

We’re seeking 6 volunteers to join a select group of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for a Post-Exam Item Review session. You’ll help us evaluate exam items that stood out statistically, determining if they need refinement or retirement. Your insights will help shape the future of CSI certification! 

Dates & Commitment 

  • When: One-hour virtual sessions between July 14–18, 2025 

  • Where: Online via Microsoft Teams 

  • Training: Provided 

  • Learning Units Earned: 2 LUs upon participation

Qualifications

  • Required: Hold a CDT and/or CCS certification  

  • Must not have previously participated in: 

  • Exam item writing 

  • Form review 

  • Exam prep course instruction 

  • Authoring of study materials 

  • Cannot actively teach exam prep courses for the next 5 years or be involved in chapter/region prep volunteerism 

  • CSI members preferred, but nonmembers are welcome 

  • Must sign and submit the National Volunteer Guide (NVG)

Certified Construction Specifier
Construction Documents Technologist

Experience Required:

4 - 6 Years Industry Experience
