ATTENTION: Login issues on iOS devices using Safari
Due to a recent update to the Apple iOS operating system, users on an iOS device using the Safari browser, may experience login issues on the CSI website from an iPhone or iPad. Our engineers are looking to address this issue but until they can determine a fix, a setting on your device must be changed to allow for login.
On your iOS device:
- Open Settings
- Go to Safari
- In the right hand pane, scroll to Privacy & Security
- Toggle OFF the setting labeled “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking”
- Verify that “Block All Cookies” is also toggled off (but that should be off by default)
- Launch the Safari app
- Log into the web site
