Members, Chapter Officers, Chapter Award Chairs, and Chapter Presidents,
Here we are, fast approaching the May 1, 2025 deadline for Region Award Nominations. There are only 6 Days left to finalize and submit your deserving people for Awards. Keep in mind, this is the only way we have of providing "payment" to those people who hold your Chapter together. Get those award nomination packages in early, so in case something get lost in the computer wasteland, you can recover and get it to us for consideration.
Another consideration is to make sure that the nomination is presented as if to a set of total strangers, someone who does not know the person nominated. You must paint that picture of them nominee that makes it clear why the deserve the award nominated for. It is totally up to you and your team to make this happen.
Finally, have someone outside the team give it a final read for clarity and accuracy. There is nothing worse than forgetting to add in a major piece of the nomination puzzle.
