Description

Corporate Mindfulness

Research has found that the average employee in corporate America today is stressed and is pre-conditioned to multi-tasking, which has significant drawbacks to productivity, despite our society's obsession with the ability to multi-task. However, those with a "mindfulness focus" of some sort, tend to be more productive and creative, make fewer mistakes, and are generally happier and better with their co-workers. Learn why Fortune 100 companies, Congress, and many schools have integrated mindfulness training into their organizations.  This workshop is key for helping professionals in the design and construction industry be more productive and happier.
