Rebuilding Together

We have a house!

We did it! On December 14, CSI Chicago members Rachel Nava, Kathy St. Joseph, Anne Waliczek, Francisco Rosas and Guadalupe Casimiro attended the Rebuilding Together Housewarming Party and read through many home descriptions and family stories. They selected the home of Thomas and Doris Malone, an elderly couple that has lived in the house for 49 years. It was listed as a ‘Heavy’ work house but we know our amazing chapter can handle it. It’s suggested we get 25 volunteers so mark your calendars for National Rebuilding Day on April 28, 2018!

The planning for this exciting undertaking will begin soon and we will be sure to give updates along the way.

In addition to the fundraising at the holiday party, we would like to thank our contributors for helping us reach our fundraising goal and making this house adoption possible!
