Matt Martino began his career in January 2006 as an outside architectural sales rep for Doralco. He worked as an architectural sales rep for Kingspan and Morin before deciding to start his own independent rep agency, Blue Line Building Products. Blue Line Building Products is an architectural independent rep agency that specializes in building envelope products and design-assist sales support. Matt believes knowledge of products, honesty, and trust will lead to a successful career.
When Nike needed 50% open air perforated panels for their corporate HQ, Matt stepped up to the challenge. His team developed a custom perforation pattern that incorporated Morse code. The engineering requirement of the 9-ft. free-span with a 50% open air perforated panel was challenging but the end-result is one of the most impressive uses of architectural single skin in the country.
When not helping to solve the world’s architectural product problems, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife, 2-year-old son, and 5-year-old daughter. Matt has also spent time as a volunteer baseball coach at Roberto Clemente HS.
