The Executive Committee ensures effective implementation of CSI Chicago’s Strategic Plan, which is updated each year. They also work to ensure the financial and operational sustainability of CSI Chicago which includes risk management. The committee facilitates decision making between Board Meetings or in the case of a crisis or other urgent circumstances. The committee, along with the chapter’s NCR Director, also manages the relationship between the chapter, region, and national CSI entities and is also responsible for encouraging engagement in regional and national events, awards, and volunteer opportunities.
The Executive Committee consists of the current CSI Chicago President, Immediate Past President, President-Elect, Secretary, Treasurer, and Vice Presidents.
