I graduated from UW-Whitewater in 1971 with degree's in Business Administration and Economics. I helped form and grow a spray foam contracting business in 1972. In 1974 I started work in Edina for EMPRO and sold products to contractors and provided technical service. In 1977 I formed Foam Enterprises and was a principal with the company that made polyurethane foam materials, distributed supplies and Graco equipment and helped grow the business to a nationwide supplier. We sold to BASF in 2004 and I continued to work with training and technical areas. In 2015, I retired from BASF and have been doing some consulting and trade association technical assistance.
