  • TAMING OF SPECS - ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION - Educational Seminar Series

    May 28, 12:00 PM - 01:00 PM (PT)
CLASS 3 Submittals and Substitutions and RFI Oh MY! Submittals, substitutions, and RFI are a huge aspect of construction administration work. But what do we really need to see and are we getting that information? Are we making our own jobs harder for “future us” and our clients? Are we requiring documents that no party actually needs even as we miss critical documentation for ourselves? Join this roundtable discussion with panelists representing the Owner, Architect, Contractor, and Product Rep viewpoints to learn what each party really needs in order to create and/or to see in these documents, and how we can adjust spec requirements to get the best outcome for our projects. Looking forward to seeing you then!
