As some of you know, I recently transitioned to Johns Manville Roofing Division, and one of the most impactful lessons I've learned is the power of collaboration-especially when paired with the right tools and training. A shining example of this is my experience working with our Specifier Services team and the incredible support from @Paige Pelton.
Paige not only brings her expertise to every project as a previous contractor, but she also exemplifies what can be achieved with determination and the right resources. She passed the Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) exam on her first try last year, and her approach might just be the motivation you need.
