CSI's Certified Construction Contract Administration (CCCA) certification teaches you to develop, administer and enforce construction documentation. People who pass the CCCA exam have proven their skill in:

  • Quality assurance and quality control
  • Bidding and negotiating procedures
  • Construction observation and inspection
  • Division 01, General and Supplemental Conditions, agreements, and all other documents related to the project
  • Enforcement and liability

Note: The Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA) will take a hiatus during the Spring testing window to undergo critical program research and exam review. Plan now to sit for the CCCA with a revised exam during the Fall 2019 testing cycle.

Based on demand, international sites may be scheduled in Fall 2019. Please contact certification@csinet.org to request an international testing site (additional fees will apply).

*= Beginning in Spring 2019, CSI certification exams will undertake a new approach to passing score analysis for the full population of test takers. This means notifications for pass/fail status will be sent to each candidate about six weeks after the testing window closes.
