The architecture, engineering, construction, and owner (AECO) community will convene in Cleveland, OH, for fast-paced, high-energy sessions, diverse learning through deep dives and micro-education, celebrations of honors & awards, and networking.

There are three sponsorship package levels that include Speed Networking meetings with specifiers, as well as exciting and impactful a-la-carte options.

A La Carte Sponsorship Opportunities

Welcome to Cleveland Reception Sponsorship - $10,000 (Exclusive)

Sponsorship includes: 1 registration, opportunity to make remarks on mic (60-90 seconds max), opportunity to feature 2 pull up style banners (3 feet max) in happy hour area, 15 extra drink tickets to distribute at sponsor’s discretion, logo recognition on drink tickets, signage during the reception, logo recognition in the event program and on agenda signage, opportunity to provide a giveaway/promo item for attendees distributed from a table in the reception area.

Pre-Conference Workshop Sponsorship - $5,000 (2 available)

These sessions are held on the first day of the Conference (Wednesday). One will focus on learning/professional development and the other will focus on specifications.

Sponsorship includes: 1 registration and opportunity to sit in on the session and lunch served in the room, opportunity to provide one video (1 minute long max) to be played at the beginning of the session (subject to CSI approval, suggestions for content to avoid will be provided), contact list of session attendees, opportunity to introduce the presenter (60-90 seconds max), opportunity to provide a giveaway/promo item like notepads/pens for attendees distributed from a table in the workshop area (literature not allowed), logo recognition on signage during the sponsored workshop, in the event program and on agenda signage.

Happy Hour for Speed Networking Participants

Sponsorship includes: Opportunity to address attendees on mic (60 seconds max), opportunity to feature 2 pull up style banners (3 feet max) in happy hour area, 15 extra drink tickets to distribute at sponsor’s discretion, logo recognition on tickets required for entry, drink tickets, on agenda signage, in the program book, and on signage during the Happy Hour.

Lunch Sponsorship - $10,000 (1/2 days available, exclusive for each day)

Sponsorship includes: 1 registration, opportunity to make remarks on stage (60 seconds max) and introduce speaker before CSI Keynote Luncheon or Certification Celebration, opportunity to feature 2 pull up style banners (3 feet max) in area where sponsored lunch is served (to be placed at CSI’s discretion), Logo recognition on screen on the main stage before the Keynote Luncheon, on signage in area where sponsored lunch is served in the event program and on agenda signage.

Lanyards Sponsorship - $7,000

Feature your company logo or brand slogan on the name tag lanyards that all attendees receive when they arrive and will wear for the duration of the event. Sponsoring the National Conference lanyards is one of the most prominent branding opportunities at the event.

Sponsorship includes: sponsor logo recognition on attendee lanyards, on signage at the event, and on CSI websites.

Wi-Fi Sponsorship

Help attendees stay connected by sponsoring the conference Wi-Fi and reach every attendee as they select your custom-named network and password. Take it to the next level with the Enhanced Package to customize the login page, and redirect to a URL of your choice after login.

Standard Package - $8,000

Sponsorship includes: opportunity to customize the network name and password, logo recognition on signage, login details on slides during the event, in the Pocket Program, and the Honors & Awards Program.

Enhanced Package - $15,000

Sponsorship includes: opportunity to customize the network name and password, custom splash page/login screen and first page redirect to URL of choice, logo recognition on signage, login details on slides during the event, in the Pocket Program and the Honors & Awards Program.

Tech Hub Table - $7,000

This is a space where conference attendees can go to learn about the latest and greatest construction and specifications technology offerings. This area will be open for the entirety of the event, and there are several time slots on the conference agenda dedicated for attendees to stop by and see demos. This sponsorship is intended for market leaders and up-and-coming companies alike.

Sponsorship includes: 1 registration, 1 standard 6-foot table in “Tech Hub” room with standard power drop, inclusion in dedicated email to attendees promoting sponsors in “Tech Hub”, recognition on signage.

Breakfast Sponsorship - $6,000

Sponsorship includes: 1 registration, opportunity to feature 2 pull up style banners (3 feet max) in area where breakfast is served (to be placed at CSI’s discretion), Logo recognition on signage in area where sponsored breakfast is available during sponsored breakfast, logo recognition on table tent cards on cocktail tables in foyer area where sponsored breakfast is available, logo recognition in the event program and on agenda signage.

Charging Stations - $6,000

Help attendees stay charged up by sponsoring a lockable charging station locker, complete with your custom branding wrap and looping video on the screen. Stations are placed in high-traffic areas affording sponsors premium visibility, Charging Station locations are available on a first-come first-serve basis.

Sponsorship includes: Opportunity to design the artwork wrap and provide a video to loop on the charging station screen, social media post thanking sponsor during the event on the social media platform of your choice.

Pocket Program Sponsorship - $5,000

This program will serve as the main program for the Conference, and will include the event agenda. Feature your company logo on the front cover and your full page advertisement on the back cover and keep your brand in front of attendees throughout the event.

Sponsorship includes logo recognition on signage and in the corner of the front cover of the program, and your full page ad on the back cover.

Sponsors will receive a list of Speed Networking participants who are interested in meeting with them, and can choose who they want to meet with from that list
CSI will coordinate the scheduling of every meeting

Display materials, product samples, literature, and use a branded table cloth
These tables will be placed in a high visibility area where you can engage with attendees as they navigate the conference, set meetings, etc.
