Exhibit Opportunities

The trade show is back by popular demand! Exhibit and tabletop opportunities offer a straightforward way to meet attendees, showcase your products or services, and build visibility throughout the conference.

There are only a handful of stand-alone exhibits or tabletops remaining, as the majority will be taken by the "package" sponsors (details below). There will be multiple blocks of "trade show time" on the agenda, and the trade show area is centrally located among the various Breakout Session rooms.

Includes one Full Conference registration
Will have pipe and drape around the space and you can feature a full size exhibit backdrop

Tabletop Display: $5,000

Tech Hub Table: $8,000 (5/10 Available)

This is a dedicated area on the trade show floor where attendees can go to learn about and see live demos of the latest and greatest construction and specifications technology offerings.

Sponsorship includes: One Full Conference Registration, opportunity to make remarks on mic (60-90 seconds max.), opportunity to feature two pull up style banners (three feet max.) in happy hour area, signage during the reception, logo recognition in the event program and on agenda signage, opportunity to provide a giveaway/promo item for attendees distributed from a table in the reception area.

Lunch Sponsorship: $8,000 (2/2 days available, exclusive for each day)

Lanyards Sponsorship: $6,000 (Exclusive)

Feature your company logo or brand slogan on the name tag lanyards that all attendees receive when they arrive and will wear for the duration of the event. Sponsoring the National Conference lanyards is one of the most prominent branding opportunities at the event.

Wi-Fi Sponsorship: $5,000

Help attendees stay connected by sponsoring the conference Wi-Fi and reach every attendee as they select your custom-named network and enter your custom password.

Sponsorship includes: Opportunity to customize the network name and password, logo recognition on signage, login details on slides during the event, in the Pocket Program, and the Honors & Awards Program.

Breakfast Sponsorship: $5,000 (1 of 2 days available, exclusive for each day)

Sponsors will receive a list of Speed Networking participants who are interested in meeting with them, and can choose who they want to meet with from that list
CSI will coordinate the scheduling of every meeting

Resource Center Tables

Display materials, product samples, literature, and use a branded table cloth
These tables will be placed in a high visibility area where you can engage with attendees as they navigate the conference, set meetings, etc.
