You are required to upload a completed Outstanding Chapter Commendation Form 306 PDF (also found in the 2021 Honors & Awards Guide).
Criteria for Outstanding Chapter CommendationThis award is presented to a chartered Chapter that meets the designated pre-requisite core
criteria and has provided the required supplemental data.
As Chapters earn Commendations, they may reach the following milestones. Note that the
number of years does not need to be consecutive.
- Five years - Bronze Level
- Ten years - Silver Level
- Twenty years - Gold Level
- Thirty years - Platinum Level
Nomination shall include all supporting documentation required by the pre-requisite criteria as
documented in the submission form. Supporting documentation shall be labeled to designate
the criteria being supported and included with the form.
DEADLINE: Submissions are due on Tuesday, July 13, by 11:59 pm EST. #awards
