Just like the old saying about good fences making good neighbors, good contracts and good documents make great projects for the client! Using Revit as a database NOT just a drafting machine and using written documentation for more than "just specs" can result in less wasted energy and a better product. let's start querying that Revit database to QA/QC the project not just "document it." Let's use the highly skilled spec writers out there to build better bid packs, insert and then extract better information from Revit and come to be recognized as the Information Managers they are.
