LEAN PROJECT DELIVERY
WITH SPEAKER KIRK HOCHSTATTER
MAY VIRTUAL CHAPTER MEETING
Description:
This presentation is an introduction to Lean Project Delivery and its operating systems as related to design and construction activities. Participants will learn key terms used in Lean Construction and introduce them to the tools and approaches used on these projects.
Learning Objectives:
Participants should be able to recognize the definitions and principles associated with a Lean Operating System. Additionally, participants will begin to identify the tools relevant to Lean Design & Construction processes. They will also be made aware how these tools are used to identify waste in design and construction and how they increase communication and collaboration within interdependent teams.
