Mark Maghrak is a Project Executive at Ryan Companies US, Inc. with over 30 years industry experience across multiple project types including multi-family, corporate office, government, manufacturing/warehouse, retail, and sports facilities. Significant projects include the CHS Field, 900 Nicollet and Daymark.

Mark is responsible for the overall project from the design process at the very start of the project, through estimating, bidding, project management and project administration. His responsibilities include developing/implementing a project specific quality control plan, managing the design/preconstruction schedule through permitting, oversite of project management staff on site and owner/client relations.

Jason Hansen is one of Ryan’s tenured architects with over 20 years of experience, bringing broad knowledge from multiple project sectors. He serves on Ryan’s North Region Quality Assurance and Technical Leadership Committees. Jason is known for producing well-crafted construction documents and details in a variety of construction types. As a Senior Project Architect at Ryan A+E, he oversees multiple multi-family projects coordinating construction documents and overseeing Construction Administration.

Grant Ronchi

Grant grew up in a family of carpenters, following his grandfather and father who owned and operated residential general contracting businesses. This background provided him valuable knowledge as he transitioned his career to architecture. Grant acquired his Master of Architecture from the University of Nebraska in 2012. Since joining Ryan, Grant has been able to combine his construction background with his architectural training providing construction administration services for mid-rise wood-frame multi-family projects.

Andy brings nearly 20 years of experience to his work as Director of Specifications at Ryan. Collaborating with architects, engineers, designers and construction professionals, his role is to eliminate many of the questions that would otherwise hit the field during construction, while ensuring quality and staying within budget. Andy helps promote competitive bidding and the strategic selection of materials, thereby saving money for the owner and adding value to the project.
