• 4:00pm - 5:00pm     check in
• 4:30pm - 5:30pm     bar opens and light snacks (chips and pretzels)
• 5:30pm - 6:30pm     heavy hors de’ oeuvres are served
• 6:30pm - 6:45pm     updates from BEC and CSI on future events
• 6:45pm - 7:30pm     CSI Awards begins
• 7:30pm- 8:00pm     Raffles and Door prizes.
• 8:00pm     meeting adjourned.
