Join us on May 13, 2025 for a Tour of New Boston Scientific Corporate Office along with BEC-MN.

Please be sure to bring protective equipment to tour the facility.

We will meet at 3:30 PM - look for signage to meet in the construction trailer.  Around 4 PM, we'll break into groups, sign releases, and tour the site.  Around 5 PM, we will be back at the construction trailer, have some food, and listen to a presentation by Ryan Companies on the project.

Participants should be able to:

  1. Identify design tactics used to create a vibrant, connected, and healthy work environment on a large-scale project.
  2. Articulate process strategies that can be used to deliver a fast-track project while mitigating risk through close collaboration between across disciplines and individual project teams.
  3. Discuss specific material properties and selections that can help facilitate accelerated design and delivery.
  4. Identify and navigate systems coordination challenges created by overlap of phases on fast-track projects.
