Joint Meeting with CSI-Minneapolis St. Paul, USGBC. CSI-Milwaukee, and CSI-Madison.

Project design team members from Bray Associates and HGA Architects, construction team members from Findorff Construction and owners representatives from the Oregon School District  will discuss lessons learned for the first net-zero K-12 school in the state of Wisconsin.

Discussion will include:

  • District Background (board policy, community engagement efforts, etc)
  • Design Philosophy/Strategy (site design/location, building design)
  • Net Zero Engineering Strategy (energy consumption, energy generation, key ingredients and interesting design features)
  • Preconstruction budgeting/construction execution
