CSI-MSP Face-To-Face is a high level technical education event. Through pre-arranged face-to-face 15 minute scheduled meetings, CSI-MSP Face-To-Face provides a platform for decision makers from Minneapolis/St. Paul design and construction firms to meet with technical experts from a variety of manufacturers/suppliers.
What do manufacturers gain by participating?
In addition to getting new industry contacts, through your meetings and networking time you will be able to:
- Introduce new products, system or capabilities to professionals in a very short period of time.
- Expose the depth of technical knowledge and resources your company and you have to offer.
- Gain valuable feedback from design/construction professionals and insight on their current needs.
- Hold multiple uninterrupted meetings with professionals in one day and one location, that may otherwise take you weeks to schedule and travel to.
How do I, the manufacturer, get accepted?
Apply! The first ever Minneapolis-St. Paul Chapter CSI Face-To-Face has a total of 20-24 slots for manufacturers. We want to provide a variety of product manufacturers for the design and construction professionals so if you’re interested apply right away. Below are the questions the selection committee looks to answer during the application review process:
Please take the time to fill out your application in a way that best represents you, your company, your products, and the questions above. The information submitted will be used to make manufacturer selections as well as creating marketing materials for the event.

How to Apply:
Near the top of this page, follow the prompts to "register" for the event. By "registering" you are applying for the event, and we will contact you at a later date if approved, and to get payment from you at that time.

(Conveniently located off Highway 55 and Bloomington Rd. in Fort Snelling, MN 1/3 of a mile from the Fort Snelling Light Rail station.)
Cost: $900.00 per company
Payment is due within 30 days of manufacturer acceptance.

Deadline: March 6, 2020
Selection of participants will be determined in February. Space is limited and will fill early. We are looking to have a good mix of types of companies and products. If you have a new product that has launched in the last 12 months make sure you indicate it on the application.

Sponsorship Opportunities:
- Badge Sponsorship (1 available): $250
Badge sponsor will get their name and logo printed on all badges for this event. We will also scroll their name and logo on the screens at the BSA site – in the lobby and in the event space. They are allowed to come to the event to mingle with the attendees if they want. We will also display their logo and name at Union 32 on the screens/placard or both.
- Social Event Sponsorship (3 available): $200
Social Event Sponsors will have their name and logo scroll on the screens in the lobby and the venue at BSA and then again on the screen in the private room at Union 32. We may have placards at both sites also. Sponsors will be recognized at the F2F before we start. Like the Badge sponsor they are welcome to attend the event to mingle with participants during the breaks.
