  • SITE TOUR: The Ponds on Alexander

    Please join AIA and CSI for a tour of The Ponds on Alexander. The Ponds on Alexander is 195,000 square feet, 186-unit multi-structure residential complex nestled on a 5.38-acre site bordering The Delta Ponds in Eugene Oregon. The complex will consist of 4, 4-story residential structures, and a 2-story community building in the center of the complex. There will be 34 Studios, 102 1-bedroom, 49 2-bedroom, and 1 3-bedroom units(s) available. Currently this project is in multiple phases of construction. General Contractor: Essex General Construction Architect: 2Form Architecture Structural Engineers: Hohbach-Lewin, INC Civil Engineers: SS&W Engineers Landscape Architect: The Satre Group This event will be followed by a hosted happy hour at The Old Spaghetti Factory on 5th Street, please see separate invite for RSVP.
