MSR Terms
  • Applicants agree to fully participate in the MSR including all group meals and assigned meetings.
  • Applicants agree to have the information from this application published and distributed to all participants prior to, during, and after the event by printed and electronic means.
  • Applicants agree that CSI may use their name, company affiliation, and photo to promote the MSR.
  • CSI reserves the right to review all applications and make the sole decision regarding participation at the event. 
  • Applicants who are initially selected to attend will be required to sign a brief agreement outlining CSI's and the applicant's obligations for participation PRIOR to issuance of final attendance confirmation.
  • CSI may not be able to accept all applications due to space limitations and/or attendee qualifications.
  • CSI bears no liability for applicants that cannot be accommodated.
  • BPM firms are limited to a maximum to two attendees unless CSI has granted prior approval.
  • BPM firms may not substitute attendees without prior approval from CSI. Substitute attendees must complete a separate application. Due to publishing deadlines, substitute attendees may not be included in the attendee directory.
  • Applicants acknowledge that MSR events are for registered participants only. Spouses/guests are welcome to accompany attendees to the host property at their own expense, but will NOT attend any MSR events including meal functions.
  • Additional networking events (ex. hospitality suite, hosted dinner, golf, etc.) are prohibited unless secured as an official event sponsorship.
  • BPM attendees may bring promotional materials, within limits, to the MSR at their own risk. CSI does not guarantee the security of the meeting areas, exhibit areas, or any other premises on which MSR takes place, nor of the security of any materials from observation or theft by others.
  • All CSI policies, including the Antitrust Compliance Policy, are applicable to this meeting.
MSR Fees
  • Base BPM registration fees cover MSR group meals, networking events, one-on-one meetings, attendee directory listing, and access to attendee contact information for one individual from the BPM firm.
  • Additional representatives of a BPM firm cannot attend the event unless they have paid an additional fee, have been approved to attend by CSI, and have completed a separate application. Additional representative registration fees cover MSR group meals, networking events, one-on-one meetings shared with the primary representative, attendee directory listing, and access to attendee contact information.
MSR Cancellation Policy

In the event you are unable to attend the MSR, you agree to notify CSI immediately. (Please contact Maureen Eyles, Business Development Director, at meyles@csinet.org or 703-706-4744). The following cancellation policy will apply:
      • Cancellations received before/on 120 days prior to the event, you will be refunded the registration fee less a $200 processing fee;
      • Cancellation 90-119 days prior to the event, you will be refunded 50% of the registration fee;
      • Cancellation less than 90 days prior to the event, no refunds given. Additional sponsorship fees paid, if any, will be forfeited.
Specifier Cancellation Policy

In the event you are unable to attend the MSR, you agree to notify CSI immediately. (Please contact Gina Sutherland, Certification and Meetings Manager, at gsutherland@csinet.org or 703-706-4746.) Reimbursement for airfare, mileage or other MSR-related expenses is forfeited.
