Clerk of Works Project Delivery

A successful project is essentially about proper communication, persistence, experience, accountability and teamwork; always with the best interest of the project in mind. 

Scott Stenftenagel developed the "Clerk of the Works Project Delivery Method," tailored to the needs of public school capital projects.

Leaning objectives:

• Understand public works projects and now they differ from other types of projects. 
• Lean the history of the Clerk of Works role on public works projects.
• Introduction to The Stenftenagel Group's Clerk of Works Project Delivery Method.
• Understand how CSI has reinforced and strengthened the CoW delivery method for the betterment of the overall project.
