Presentation:
The focal point of the new consolidated justice campus, the $171M Consolidated Civil and Criminal Courthouse, unites all judicial services within a single, sustainable, accessible facility. Located on a former brownfield site in the Twin Aire neighborhood, the 12-story high-rise building serves as a major force in revitalizing the east side neighborhood. With three separate interactions for the public, judges, and defendants, safety and security were top of mind when designing this innovative building.
