It’s the first full work week of the New Year. The luster of the Holidays has come, gone, and the reality of getting back to work stares us in the face like a cold cup of coffee!

- If you haven’t invited anyone to a meeting this year, think about all the things you learn that your fellow employees and business partners are missing.
