The GSR Planning Retreat is being held to benefit our planning for Fiscal Year 2021 goals. The meeting will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2020 from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Holiday Inn in Pearl MS. Lunch will be provided by the region.
For those of us that are further away and will be traveling to Mississippi we have contacted the hotel for a block of rooms to be available for Friday and Saturday nights. The region will pay for one night hotel accommodations. If you plan on staying Saturday night also it will be your responsibility for that expense. Hotel confirmation for number of rooms is needed by February 19, 2020.
The Mississippi Chapter are exceptional hosts for this planning retreat. On Friday night John and Charlene Dunaway will be opening up their home to us. Charlene is preparing her famous Gumbo Ya Ya! This is a great time for us all to mingle, have a great meal and enjoy a few adult beverages before we get to work on Saturday morning.
If you are unable to attend the planning retreat we welcome another member from your chapter to attend. It is valuable for all of us to give our input and share experiences that have helped move our chapters forward and keep us Gulf States Proud!
