February 5: 101 - What are specifications; what is included; how to locate information within a Project Manual and Sections.

February 12: 201 - What is Division 01 and how does it relate to the specs and General Conditions; understanding imperative language; and definitions of words and how they affect your scope of work.

February 20: 301 - General Conditions of the Contract and how they affect your scope of work.

With over 20 years experience in technical architectural practice, Sherry is a Fellow of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) and a member of Specification Consultants in Independent Practice (SCIP).

Sherry has developed specifications for a vast number of projects across the country, several manufacturers, and has assisted in updating office master specifications for architectural firms. Through the development of the specifications, Sherry engages the design team in making decisions and assists with connecting with manufacturer’s representatives that provide insight to finding products that meet the designer’s vision. Sherry creates many specifications for projects with LEED goals and works with each architect and LEED consultant to tailor the specifications to the needs of the project.
