This course begins with an examination of the history of High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) including the process of manufacturing and material delivery. It continues with a section explaining the logistics of working with millworkers and panel fabrication with the express purpose of educating the A&D Community on the methods that will allow for better design edges and top surfaces for the welfare of the general public as well as a positive effect on building design. A section on troubleshooting the various issues that can take place during the process. It concludes with a review of projects that have successfully utilized HPL.
