This program covers a wide variety of Curved Metal and applications. Covered topics include the characterisitcs of Natural Metals and how and why to use them, and the aesthetics involved. Also included are the methods for curving, types of panels, curving options and seams. Applications covered including Tapered, Convex Curving, “S” Curves, quality considerations and Curved Roof Panels over Open Purlins. We will also cover the manufacturing process, roll forming on site options and advantages, and critical testing and specifications related to this process.

  1. Discover natural metal offerings, their sustainable characteristics and the advantages of metal panels.
  2. Learn how to utilize metal panels for complex, curved roof and wall designs.
  3. Recognize site rolled vs. factory rolled considerations.
