Architects and specifiers are sometimes tempted to think of Division-01 sections as standard ‘boiler plate’ topics that need little or no editing. What questions must be asked and answered to complete Division 01 effectively. Join Dave and Louis for a discussion of things to look for and potential pitfalls when writing Division 01, especially when working with Owner standard documents.
