When a demanding environment is encountered, it is important to
select the proper high performance coating system. This program
will enlighten the participant on the importance of proper surface
preparation and the various technologies and coatings systems
available. The presentation will also include information on newer
technologies in high performance coatings that will give the
architect/specifier more options to consider when a low carbon
footprint is required.
Learning Objectives:
- The attendee will understand the importance of surface
preparation and how it improves service life.
- The attendee will understand the impact on sustainability
achieved by selecting the correct coating system.
- The attendee will gain knowledge of the latest water-based and
single component technology for high performance coatings.
- The attendee will gain an understanding of the options for
meeting requirements for LEED projects (budgets and other
options).
