FY2025 Board Nominations

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Fiscal Year 2025 (FY2025) CSI Chicago Board Member. The affairs of the chapter are governed by and managed under the authority of the Board. CSI Chicago Members may nominate themselves for the open positions available for the FY2025 (July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025) Board. Click here for a full description of each position and their responsibilities.

Nominations for the FY2025 CSI Chicago Board are due by December 15, 2023.
To make completing the nomination form easier, please collect your past CSI Chicago board and committee experience and prepare a brief statement (up to 300 characters) describing why you are interested in being a CSI Chicago Board member.  The information provided in this nomination form will be used by the chapter’s nomination committee for purposes of developing and selecting the FY2025 Board Slate proposal for membership vote.
