We will get an overview of the PHIUS+ (Passive House Institute US) standards and certification protocols and review the work the done evaluating modeled versus measured results for the first larger multifamily projects around the country. We will also take a look at the Rocky Mountain Institute's new headquarters, an office building that also qualified for PHIUS+ Source Zero certification.
